Terms & Conditions

All orders placed with Carbon Plus (phone, fax, mail, verbal, or e-mail), either directly or through a dealer, constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all of the conditions listed below:

Warranty and Disclaimer

All Items sold by Carbon Plus may not be legal for street use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with applicable their local Road authority laws and regulations. Carbon Plus is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injuries incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment, or act of nature. All products are intended for off-road uses only, and should be used for their intended purposes only. Carbon Plus does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of the products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. Carbon Plus shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. Carbon Plus will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays for backorder items. 

Installation

All products require professional installation. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process, these may include, but not limited to, latches, hooks or fenders. All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. All carbon fibre products will not sustain any force or weight, for they could be cracked by such force or weight. Carbon Plus has made an effort to produce all its aftermarket products to fit the original factory vehicles as closely as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There are absolutely no returns on painted products.

Carbon Plus Fitment Guarantee Policy

After professional installation, if any of the following situations occur, the product is fully covered under the Carbon Plus Fitment Guarantee:

Hoods:

  • Hood does not clear a stock engine
  • Gap between the hood and the fenders are more than 1/2" wide on each side
  • Hood levels more than 1/4" higher or lower than the fenders on each side
  • Latch is 1/16" too long or too short than the stock latch, causing the hood not to latch
  • Please note that Carbon Plus does not suggest re-installing OEM gas hood shocks.

Trunks:

  • Gap between the trunk and the rear fenders are more than 1/2" wide on each side
  • Trunk levels more than 1/4" higher or lower than the rear fenders on each side.
  • Please note that Carbon Plus does not suggest re-installing OEM gas trunk shocks/Springs, as it may cause the trunk to lift resulting in fitment issues.

Lips:

  • Length of the lip is 3/8" too long or too short than the stock bumper

If any of situations occur, the item will be exchanged at no addition costs.

Professional Installation receipt is required for warranty claims. 

We do not compensate the installation of our products under any circumstances.

Defective Products

All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal body work and installation steps. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective. In addition, most carbon fiber products are hand-crafted, and no two items will be identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles, and clear coat blemishes are inevitable. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return. See below for information on our return policy.

Shipping

All in-stock Items are dispatched with 2 business days of receiving payment and shipping times are estimated at between 2-5 business days depending on your location. We deliver products Australia wide using door-to-door courier service. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

All "Made to Order" Products generally take 2-3weeks timeframe to arrive at your door, unless otherwise specified.

We make every effort to make our prices as low as possible, becuase of this, some of the large & bulky "Made to Order" Products such Bonnets, Doors and Bodykits will generally take 4-12weeks depending on the arrivial time of our next container as these products are not economically feasible to be air freighted unless you are willing to pay extra for air freight. Please contact us prior to ordering if u wish to air freight the product over.

Carbon Plus DOES ship orders internationally, however we currently do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us to enquire about a special order.      

Shipping Damage

Carbon Plus carefully packs and checks all products prior to shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. Buyer's MUST inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill, receipt or PDA at the driver's presence. Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer's right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as Carbon Plus from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.

All damages must be notified to carrier and Carbon Plus within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Carbon Plus will provide any information necessary to assist with the claim. Carbon Plus is not responsible for items lost or damaged.

Returns

All sales are final and cannot be returned unless it is covered by our Fitment Guarantee or the product is defective. Special orders cannot be returned. All products returned must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. Carbon Plus will organise and pay all return freight charges.

Shipping Errors

If the consignee receives an incorrect item due to Carbon Plus error, consignee must inform the us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. We will then organise the pickup of the incorrect item(s) and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charges.

Customer Service Policy

Carbon Plus is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are estimated between 2-5 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Privacy Policy

Carbon Plus is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Carbon Plus uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Carbon Plus only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience.

Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address," and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.

We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
